When we arrive on-site to photograph your real estate listing, we prioritize customer service.

We know that even though we are our own separate business, we are at the same time representing your business as well. And we take that very seriously.

The moment we enter your client’s home, our shoes come off, our camera equipment is neatly stored in a corner, and we introduce ourselves to your client.

We oftentimes ask your client if there is an area of the home they would like us to begin. Then, as we work, we politely make suggestions on ways we can improve the look of the real estate photography that we capture.

We make sure all lights are turned on, trash bins and other distracting elements are hidden from view, curtains are straightened, and pillows are fluffed.

We keep the conversation light and friendly and we work quickly and efficiently.
