Paul Rich Studio is a virtual tour provider based in Portland, OR.
We offer both Matterport 3D tours as well as custom designed 360 virtual tours. While real estate photography is what primarily drives traffic to a real estate listing, virtual tours (and Matterport 3D scans) provide prospective buyers with a keen understanding of the layout of the house. This additional service that we offer, can really make a difference in helping your real estate listing stand out from the others.
Another added feature of our 360 virtual tours is that we can build 2D and 3D floor plans from the scanned information. Many of the realtors we photograph for include a virtual tour as part of their marketing material for their real estate listings and appreciate the ease of being able to include at least a 2D floor plan as well. While a real estate video limits the prospective buyer to exactly how the video is captured and edited, a 360 virtual tour (and a 2D or 3D floor plan), offer a prospective buyer complete control over how the property is viewed.
Some of the feedback I hear from buyers is that real estate videos are oftentimes edited too quickly or don’t fully capture the property. With a 360 virtual tour, the prospective buyer is free to virtually roam throughout the property at their own pace, focusing on various areas throughout the property, almost as if they were there in person taking a tour.
